Before Commissioning Me
- I hold the right to refuse any commission for any reason; Complexity, Theme, Etc.
-All commissions that are completed will be unique; no poses, backgrounds, etc will be reused for commercial gain with other clients.*
- All completed commissions are copyrighted to me (Mikey Leigh | Vlrgo), clients may use their works for noncommercial purposes.*
- You hold the right to ask me for any and all changes to each piece I provide to you, however, should the piece be in final stages or complete these changes may require a small fee to complete.
- As the artist I hold the right to upload every completed piece to any and all of my social media platforms and galleries.* - I, the artist, hold the right to reproduce pieces in printed format for art books and a portfolio but I will not make prints or merchandise otherwise unless given explicit permission by clients; I find this a breech of trust.* - As my client you are allowed to print your finished pieces for personal use only; badges, personal prints / posters, etc.

Payment Information
- I only accept payment through Paypal invoices unless stated otherwise.
- All payments are due before work is started.
- I do not accept partial payments or payment plans unless previously discussed.
- I do not accept commercial licensing payments, my work is for non-commercial use only.

Refunds
_{If you are in need of a refund please make sure to read this section carefully.}- You are eligible for a 100% full refund anytime before the lining/ inking process.
- You are eligible for a 50%, of the original commission price, refund once your piece has been inked.
- You are eligible for a 25%, of the original commission price, refund once your piece has been base colored.If you have been refunded the 100% amount you forfeit your right to any and all WIP sketches, said sketches may be used as YCHs or Scrapped as I see fit.

- In the case you do impulse purchase a design, you're allowed to resell, do not come to me for a refund.
- Please do not send me payments until you are prompted to do so.

* I only draw feral ocs in SFW situations.* I draw humans & humanoid ocs but only when open/ stated, I still struggle with them (weirdly enough) so I don't want to disappoint you as a client if I'm not feeling super confident that day!* I draw 'softcore addictions' like weed, cigarettes, and alcohol but please note I will not draw an oc committing heinous acts while doing them, at most just sitting around and chilling with said items.* I will only draw children ocs/ furs in cute clothes and SFW situations, I do not EVER draw diapers (clean or messy).* I only do NSFW when specifically stated, check all opening rules/ 'menus' for what I'm accepting!
